Shipping Policy

At Kozie Clothes, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience, and that extends to the delivery of your orders.

Shipping Rate

 

Shipping rate is determined by the dollar amount sold for all overseas orders, following credit card authorization. The breakdown is as follows:

  • 0-150$ spent is 20$ shipping

  • 151$-300 spent is 30$ shipping

  • 301$-400$ spent is 40$ shipping

  • 401$ and over spent is 70$ shipping (due to priority mail)

Shipping Coverage

​

Generally speaking, we do not ship to most countries in the Middle East and Africa. You are welcome to reach out to us via email (info@kozieclothes.com) to rule out any shipping complications before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

 

We will ship your order within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including Holidays, vacations and weekends) and provide you with tracking and estimated arrival time.

Shipping Speed

 

Shipping speed depends on your location and the complexity of custom between the US and your country.

Shipping Method


Our primary shipping partner is United States Postal Service (USPS), known for its reliable service and widespread coverage. USPS ensures that your Kozie Clothes Oversea orders are delivered efficiently and safely with affordable shipping rate. We will use Fedex (Federal Express) or UPS (United Parcel Service) when deemed necessary.

We understand the importance of staying informed about your order's journey. We will provide tracking information to ensure you can monitor your package's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of shipment. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must not be damaged

  • All tags must be on, including hang tag, and please include your packing slip.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
